Shipping & Returns


We have been trying to set up E Parcel for almost 3 years now but still having no luck with Australia Post.
Our postage is calculated by Australia Post but we use Satchels wherever possible which keeps the postage cost to a minimum.  When we are able to use Satchels we will either add extra product or a cash refund for the difference.
We will however Insure your order should it be valued at $100.00 or more if you have not taken the postage option with Insurance.
Please contact us if you feel the shipping calculation is excessive as we can always find a resolution and we don't want our customers to shop elsewhere because our shipping has calculated more than it should have.

Refund and Returns

Your satisfaction is our first priority at U-Make-Em Soft Plastics. If your item is faulty upon receipt or is not as described, we will gladly exchange the item or refund your credit card. All returns are subject to us receiving the item back within 7 days of purchase. Items must be returned with their original packaging and must still be in an unused and saleable condition.

Given the number of parcels being damaged in transit (despite being well wrapped in bubble wrap) we can no longer take responsibility for products damaged in transit unless the customer has taken Insurance for such items.  We offer Insurance ($1.50 per $100.00) and the majority of our customers, as do I when I shop online, choose the Postage with Insurance when selecting their shipping option during checkout.  We have been insuring all orders over $100.00 at our own expense but given that numerous orders under $100.00 are being damaged and hence not insured we are struggling to continue replacing uninsured damaged orders.  Please take the Insurance option when selecting your shipping as it is peace of mind for you and should your items be damaged and/or lost in transit they are replaced at the expense of Australia Post which is as it should be.
